Perfection requires meticulous attention to detail. That is why we hand select only the finest downy undercoat fibres worthy of carrying the Perino name. Our exclusive Brushtail Possum fibre is then refined nine times using a specially crafted dehairing technique. These resulting ultra-lightweight, yet stunning fibres each measure an average of 16 microns, adding a new level of uniqueness and softness to each and every blend.
Fine ZQ Merino
The ultrafine merino fibre used in this blend ensures superior softness and comfort. Merino fibre has excellent moisture management and shape retention making this fibre resilient as well as incredibly sumptuous. The ultrafine merino sourced for our Alto blend comes from ZQ merino, a trusted internationally recognised supplier known for their fully traceable supply chain. This wonderful premium natural component is a perfect addition to any blend and is enhanced by a backstory of the fibre origin.
